You see, I've shopped the web looking for well conducted studies that would give me some cause not to ingest liquid sucralose. Following the link to the original study I only see the abstract, so I can't verify what the study found on the sucralose fed mice. I see that from the study mentioned on mice that it was the saccharin group which showed the most adverse changes in the gut-biome to which presumably lead to glucose intolerance. I don't know if it was eliminating the cream or what. The last 10 days the scale started moving. (Horrors!) I wasn't allowing my body to get to the high burn point. All I know is, it dawned on me that I could possibly be breaking my fast at 10 hours with the cream - and that the additional 8 hours might've been a waste. Could it be it was because I was working out? Underestimating calories? Body adjusting to it's new schedule? Whatever. Love my creamer so.īut the scale barely budged in those 2, almost 3 weeks.
